Will my order ship on time?!?!?

All orders placed with a reasonable window will ship on time (please give us at least 2 weeks!); we promise!  If you need special accommodations such as rush ordering, split shipping, or delayed shipping please contact us or add this to the “any special instructions” section while ordering products.

We know that staying stocked with printing essentials or organizing marketing promotions or events is extremely stressful.  We will make sure that you have what you need for your event on time or you don’t pay.  We will also occasionally contact you to make sure that you have print supplies that you need.

We have made crazy things happen with tight deadlines, so do not hesitate to contact us to see if we can meet your deadline.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order online is extremely easy.  Simply find the product you want, select the quantity that you are looking for, select the options that you would like, upload your artwork, and tell us if you have any special needs at the end.  After this, simply fill out all of the entry fields and follow the instructions on the screen.

Is my information safe?

We take all of our customers information seriously.  Our online ordering uses 128-bit SSL encryption to secure your data.  You will see a lock and popup confirming this once you reach the payment details screen.  We do not sell your information to any third parties whatsoever.

How long does it take to produce an order?

After proof approval projects generally take 2-3weeks.  This is AFTER final proof approval.  Production time varies greatly depending on the complexity of the project, so some items will ship sooner and some will ship later.  When in doubt it is always better to order sooner than later.  We can speed up production on some items, but we may has to issue rush charges.  Please contact us if you have a hard deadline that needs to be met.

Can I speak to someone/order over the phone?

I don’t know what to call XYZ, can you help me out?

We can definitely help you out if you do not know exactly what something is.  Our staff is very knowledgeable about a wide range of products.  Just fill out a contact form, email us, or give us  a call.

What kind of artwork do I need to submit?

The best artwork files to send us are vector artwork files.  Vector artwork is a file created using mathematical points  to tell the distance between unique draw lines.  Examples of these kind of files are Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Encapsulated Postscript (.eps), or high quality Abobe Portable Document Format(.pdf).  We can also sometimes use Photoshop files (.psd) if they are setup correctly.  These are high res vector art files that can be expanded and contracted to fit different mediums.  Vector artwork allows us to manipulate the files so that your print or promotional products turn out well.

When submitting art remember to:

• include all fonts & images
• convert fonts to outlines
• make sure that your files are at least 300 DPI (dots per inch)
• use compression software when sending large files (such as winrar or winzip)
• design for bleeds for certain items (such as business cards & flyers)

Unusuable artwork includes:

• word documents (.doc or .docx)
• photographs
• photocopies
• .jpgs or .jpegs
• faxed art
• gifs
• powerpoint files (.pps, .ppx)

What is the color going to look like on my print / promotional products?

The color of the ink or imprint on your product depends on many different factors.  Ink soaks into different materials different ways and light with absorb and reflect differently depending on the medium.  The best idea to get an idea of what the color will look like on a product is to look at a PMS/Pantone swatchbook.  These can be found at just about any home improvement stores or paint shops.  We also have swatchbooks available at our office for you to view.  When in doubt, please contact us to request a spec sample.

The color on my printing looks a bit off, what gives?

As stated in the section before, ink color varies depending on the medium that it is used in.  If you notice a drastic difference in the color of your print and what you requested, please contact us so we can help you out.

Can you create artwork for me or make a logo for me?

If you need artwork or a logo created please contact us for rates.  Generally we bill out artwork charges at $100/per hour.  If you simply need a small touch-up to your artwork, we provide this service for free.

Do you offer discounts/ I found XYZ cheaper somewhere else, will you match the price

On promotional products -  Unlike many of our competitors, we hand pick every product on our site to guarantee the quality.  Many promotional product companies simply splash their site with every item available without consideration of quality.  This can lead to you getting cheap, shoddy products that will leave your clients with a negative impression of your company.  We always send out samples at no cost (printed/non-imprinted) of the products to you before we  We will match or try to beat pricing you get anywhere else on exact products.  Please note that our prices online are all inclusive with no setup fees.  We also run many promotions that may get you a great price.  We will not be able to match a price and offer you a promotion at the same time.

On printing -  Since all of our work is custom and printing is subjective, we cannot guarantee that we will match or beat pricing.  We will try our best to get you a reasonable price, but we cannot guarantee a price match.

On apparel – We will not price match on apparel.  Decoration techniques and quality are extremely subjective.  We believe that you get what you pay for, and that we offer competitive pricing on our apparel for the quality of clothing that we produce.

* For all price matching/ price negotiation you must submit a QUOTE from a competing company.  We will not price match online prices for apparel or printing.  Price matching must be for “exact” items and we will take into consideration setup fees.

I am looking for something and do not see it on your site? Do you have what I am looking for?

There is a good chance that you had an idea or saw a product that you wanted somewhere else that is not on our site.  We update our site with new products daily, so just because you don’t see it today doesn’t mean that it will not be there soon. At MarkaBull we only believe in putting what we believe are the best and highest quality products on our site.  There is a ton of “junk” in the print & promotional field, and we are not the type of company to sell random crap.  However,  we have access to over 1,000,000 different products and more than likely can accommodate your request.

Where is your office located?

Our office is located just minuted from downtown Durham at 2805 Hope Valley Rd, Durham NC 27707.  We are right across the road from Foster’s Market & Guglhupf bakery.  They both have great food so grab a bite there and pop on in!

When is your office open?

We are open from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday excluding major holidays.
